„In Gaza werden nach wie vor ganze Familien durch Bomben ausgelöscht und tagtäglich wahllos Zivilist:innen umgebracht, unter ihnen viele Kinder. Hungernde Menschen suchen an den wenigen israelisch kontrollierten Ausgabestellen nach Hilfe und finden dort stattdessen den Tod. Unabhängige humanitäre Hilfe und Versorgung wird durch Israel blockiert und verhindert. Fast die gesamte Bevölkerung des Gazastreifens befindet sich auf der Flucht.
Das Vorgehen der israelischen Regierung wird von Expert:innen und internationalen Organisationen seit Langem als Genozid beschrieben und vom Internationalen Gerichtshof als solcher untersucht. Während jede:r sehen kann, wie die israelische Armee Massengräuel in Gaza verübt, leugnet die Bundesregierung die systematische Gewalt.“
